All orders are shipped within 24hrs of order receipt.
All items can be returned for an even exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery date. Please notify email@example.com to note your request and schedule return shipping. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. All items returned after 15 days of delivery date are subject to a $10 restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges are permitted after 30 days from the delivery date.

We will repair any items purchased through BarbaraGodfreyCass.com. Certain pieces and jewelry components are subject to availability and are sourced in limited quantities. In these instances we will try our best to find a new solution. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a repair.
Our standard product warranty policy is 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any material defects but does not apply to standard wear and tear. Should anything happen to your Barbara Godfrey Cass jewelry within 12-months of purchase, please contact us.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Maximum 3 day delivery free of charge, with insurance included. International Orders
We currently do not take international orders through our website, but are happy to try to accommodate special requests. Please contact email@example.com with order details and include desired shipping address for a custom shipping quote.
